Governance

Initially, Creampan team determines the protocol parameters for the community. After the protocol is stabled, the governance will gradually pass to the PAN community. The governance will be held by the PAN holder through governance proposals.

The governance proposals include, but no limited to, PAN staking yield, number of token halving cycles, fee rate model parameters, whether turn on burn PAN token with burn ptCRO and ytCRO, PAN token hodl level for fee discount, and future features of Creampan protocol.
