Risk Disclosures
The Creampan Finance protocol ("Protocol") is a suite of smart contracts that are provided by Creampan Finance voluntarily, with no warranties or guarantees. It is not a service, and Creampan Finance will not provide assistance for assessing the Protocol's suitability for any purpose or compliance with any requirements. The user assumes all risks associated with interacting with the Protocol, including but not limited to legal and regulatory risks pertaining to transactions with the Protocol. Information relating to the Protocol does not constitute a solicitation for investment or a prospectus in any jurisdiction. Neither does it provide recommendations or advice of any kind. Creampan Finance is not responsible for any claims, damages, or liabilities that arise out of or in connection with the Protocol, under any legal or theoretical grounds.
Users of the Protocol face numerous risks, including but not limited to those inherent in dealing with a virtual platform, the decentralized nature of the Protocol, and engaging in virtual asset transactions. Potential risks may include:
Partial or total loss of virtual assets, including the perceived value of such assets.
A sudden drop in liquidity of virtual assets.
Changes to the compatibility of a virtual asset with the Protocol.
Modifications in the smart contracts.
Regulatory uncertainty and potential government actions against virtual assets and entities involved in virtual asset activities.
Significant volatility in transaction parameters and the value attributed to virtual assets.
Possible market misconduct, including market manipulation, insider trading, and front running.
Delays or complete failure in confirming virtual asset transactions.
Counterparty risks.
Vulnerabilities, faults, hacks, errors, or unexpected situations regarding the platform or the technologies that the Protocol relies upon.
Loss of private keys.
Attacks on the Protocol or failures of the technologies that the Platform is based on, such as distributed denial of service, sybil attacks, phishing, social engineering, hacking, smurfing, malware, double-spending, majority-mining attacks, consensus-based or other mining attacks, misinformation campaigns, forks, and spoofing.
This list of potential risks is not all-inclusive and does not represent all possible risks. If any of the mentioned risks materialize, you may lose all of your virtual assets. Participants should thoroughly consider the above and evaluate their risk tolerance independently, seeking advice from professional advisors as needed before deciding to participate in the Protocol. PARTICIPANTS USE THE PROTOCOL AT THEIR OWN RISK.
